What to know before you book

New Clients

First-time visitors book via our Google intake form. If you've already completed the form for your first visit, let your therapist know upon arrival.

Returning Clients

Returning clients book directly through Square Appointments. Select your preferred session length and therapist tier from the available times.

Weekend Pricing

All sessions are $10 higher on weekends across all tiers. Weekend prices have been in effect since 1 November 2025 and are reflected in the table above.

Public Holidays

A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays to keep our services running. Thank you for your understanding — we look forward to welcoming you.

Health Fund Cards

Bring your health fund card for instant HICAPS claims on Remedial and Myotherapy sessions. We process the claim on the spot; you pay the gap only.
